Naked Lunch schreiben den Soundtrack für den österreichischen Kurzfilm „Girls And Cars – In A Coloured New World“. Seine Weltpremiere hat das auf 35mm gedrehte Werk von Regisseur Thomas Woschitz in Cannes am 19. Oberhausen/Walzenlager am Zentrum Altenberg (mit Je Ne Sais Quoi und The Heartbreak Motel). +++ Wer DJ werden will, der konnte hier mitmachen: „Thirst“ ist eine DJ-Talentsuche, initiiert von Heineken. Nach dem Erfolg von Thirst I (2003) geht Thirst jetzt in die zweite Runde. Bis zum 10. Mai konnten sich DJ-Talente mit einer Demo-CD bewerben. Die besten werden zu einem der Qualifyings eingeladen und ziehen von dort vielleicht weiter in die regionalen Found@Thirst Events bis hin zum Finale am 2. Juli im Tribehouse in Neuss. Der Sieger von Thirst darf am 3. Juli im Exhibition in Bochum vor einem 2000-Mann-Publikum auflegen und wird auch auf einem der internationalen Thirst Events dabei sein. Im Herbst wird’s dann wohl erscheinen. +++ Die Mediengruppe Telekommander hat ihr Video „Trend“ ins Netz gestellt. +++ Coldplay haben unter dem Pseudonym The Nappies einen Song für Gwyneth Paltrow und ihr Baby Apple geschrieben. Gedreht wurde zu diesem Song sogar ein Video – mit dem Beatles-Produzenten George Martin. Chris Martin tritt in dem Video oben ohne auf, macht einen auf Breakdancer und der Song soll klingen wie eine Mischung aus The Streets und Michael Jackson. Hier die witzigen Lyrics:
