„When the time came to start working on material for the next album, Geb found that his heart wasn’t in it, that he didn’t have the energy required, and decided to leave. Being the gentleman he is, he recognised his inability to fully commit to the band and did the right thing. Over the last years he’s found other outlets for his creativity that are closer to what he really wants to do in music, and I know he feels – like we do – that if you’re not 100% dedicated, you might as well leave it alone. Snah and I respect, understand and under the circumstances agree to his decision: any band needs to fire on all plugs to work, everything else is just a waste of time for everyone. We will obviously miss him, though. He was very important in shaping Motorpsycho as we know it over the last 14 years, and whoever replaces him, has some enormous shoes to fill.“
